Finite Element Analysis is an important course, particularly for engineers graduating in Mechanical Engg. It is a very powerful tool used in analysis of very large types and number of engineering problems. It is based on finite element method used to solve mathematical models of almost all engineering systems.
Through this course, the students will learn FEM, in general, and its implementation to solve one and twodimensional problems of structural mechanics, heat transfer and mechanical vibration, in particular.

Broad Objective: To understand the working principle of standard network applications and their implementation on network edge devices
Detailed Objectives:
· To assess intricacies and develop ‘C/C++’ codes for certain network applications
